Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on transport and delivery networks, we are experiencing delays on some orders outside of the UK & EU. Please check your order tracking number to view the status of your shipment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For orders with shipping addresses within London, we reserve the right to deliver your products using our own transportation network. If this applies to your order, you will be notified of your delivery window via email or phone.

Orders outside of London will be subject to shipping and courier charges. All costs associated with your order will be clearly displayed at checkout. Due to the current uncertainty regarding logistics, these costs are changeable; however, we endeavour to keep our listed prices up to date.

If any discrepancies between the listed and actual price become known to us after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Viral Cleaner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Viral Cleaner is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
